Mornings for Me is all about taking time for YOU so you can BE YOUR BEST for others all day!
We will be doing a 3 week program thats 5 days a week, only 20 minutes a day.
The best part? We'll all be doing it TOGETHER.
We will have an open zoom gym where you can (with or without camera - no pressure!) log on and have the accountability of other mamas taking time for themselves.
We also will have a group text thread to help us get through the sleepy mornings - together.
